Description:
The subject of the contract was the services of a consulting engineer under the contractual provision of FIDIC and the supervisor under the applicable construction legislation in the construction of the Velenje -Techub Technology Park and includes the following groups of services:
• Technical advice;
• Legal advice;
• Economic advice;Advisory and administrative technical tasks.
Engineer mustto exercise control in scope and in accordance:
• under the current construction legislation;These changes will be included in the contract for the implementation of construction works (special conditions of the contract);
• with the provisions of the FIDIC White Book, (White Fidic Book, third edition, 1998).
