- As part of the Crocodile 3 project, the Ministry of Infrastructure has been obliged to upgrade the real -time traffic information system, which is also called the "FCD of Real Time Traffic Information System (Floating Car Data Upgrades)". FCD platform was established in the National Traffic Management Center in 2020. As part of the upgrade of the Vehicle Masses Mass, real -time movement platform, the following tasks must be performed: inclusion of DATEX II V3 profiles and data at the National Access Point upgrade FCD Core Platform Opformation of Road Networks and Archives of Data on Upgrading to support classified data from the traffic meter on the upgrade of the module for calculating the travel times integration of location reference and location tables in the FCD Platform Preparation, Coordination, Implementation and Registration of DATEXII V3 profiles for FCD and TPEG, XML, TFP.
