• Description:
• The subject of the public procurement is the provision of auditing services of financial statements and judgments for division by activity for a period of three years (2026, 2027 and 2028). Revision of financial statements means mandatory revision according to ZRev-2, revision of division rules according to activities means the business of providing assurances about the suitability and correctness of the use of vessels in accordance with ZPFOLERD-1. When reviewing judgments, the auditor must take into account the position of the Agency for Public Control on Auditing: Position 10 - Suitability assurance engagements and the correctness of the use of criteria for dividing economic categories by activity (Ur. l. RS, no. 130/23) and the Opinion of the Agency for Public Auditing. The assurance business must be conducted in accordance with MSZ3000.
