Description:
The subject of the contract is the purchase of office material for a period of three (3) years.
The requests of the contracting authority regarding the subject of the contract are evident from the technical specifications that are part of this documentation regarding the award of the contract.
The contracting authority is provided for the execution of the contract of public procurement or The planned funds in the amount of EUR 42,538.19 excluding VAT, of which the cost of ordering goods not covered in the bid estimate is EUR 5,737.70 excluding VAT. Bids that will exceed the amount of funds provided by the contracting authority will be excluded as inadmissible.
The subject of public procurement is the purchase of office material for a period of three (3) years.
All goods are supplied with succession as needed. At the same time, the contracting authority warns the tenderers that the quantities listed in the pro forma invoice are only indicative, calculated regarding to current needs and recalculates to the entire period of this contract, ie. 36 months. During the procurement, individual quantities may be increased or reduced, according to the actual needs of the contracting authority.
