Description:
The subject of the contract includes the delivery of a new mammogram, and at the same time the purchase of an existing mammogram, which is the ownership of the client and represents the basic means of the contracting authority. The total contractual value of the contract includes the full price of the new appliance and the purchase value of the existing appliances.
The contracting authority complies with the mammogram in accordance with the guidelines for the equipment for the equipment of healthcare providers (Dore) and, in determining the technical specifications, complies with the professional requirements and recommendations defined in the said document.
