Description:
The contracting authority, according to the negotiations in accordance with (Article 47, PPL-3), plays the subject of the public procurement: "Cement for 2024" the subject of the public procurement includes the supply of goods whose delivery time of the entire subject of the contract is no later than 31 December 2024, to the subscriber's warehouse at the expense of the successful tenderer (Incoterms 2020 - DDP the main warehouse Velenje Velenje).
