Description:
The subject of the contract is the 1st phase of the comprehensive renovation of the Črnomelj Cultural Center. For phase 1 of the renovation, it is envisaged: - rehabilitation or replacement of inadequate parts of the supporting structures, - improvement of fire safety and safe use of the facility, energy rehabilitation of building envelope, heating and lighting system, - installation of the room ventilation system, - renovation of water and electrical installations and installations Central heating and technical security, - renovation of the lightning system of the facility, - repair or replacement of interior joinery, floor, wall and ceiling lining, - renovation or replacement , - comprehensive renovation of the large hall and - renovation of paved and green areas of the exterior arrangement. Phase 1 also includes all urgent work necessary for the implementation of phase 2, in which the attic will be arranged and where the client will arrange new premises for the organization of exhibitions.
