- The Srmin slip road is connected on the eastern side to branch 3 of the Srmin junction, and on the western side to the existing bridge over the RiΕΎana river and the RiΕΎana roundabout. The entire length of the route runs north of the expanded Koper freight railway station, and in the north it borders agricultural land, thento the premises of the company Petrol, d.d. The construction of a two-lane road with two driving lanes of 3.25 m width and two edge lanes of 0.25 m width is planned. The width of the banks next to the driving lane is 1.50 m. The width of the pedestrian corridor is 1.50 m, and the width of the bank next to the pedestrian corridor is 0.50 m. Constructionof the entrances includes the new construction of the road from the intersection in the continuation of the exit from branch 3 of the Srmin junction towards Luka Koper to the existing Petrol parking lot, from the existing parking lot onwards, the reconstruction of the existing access road to the Petrol Terminal will be carried out. As part of the construction, the bridges at the entrance will be widenedto the Petrol terminal and the bridge on the route of Srminska vpadnica, under which product pipelines owned by Petrol pass. In accordance with the project conditions of Petrol, d.d. in order to increase the capacity, the facilities are also extended with the construction of an additional kineta, which in turn requires the construction of twoeh retaining walls. Reconstruction of the bridge over the RiΕΎana River will also be carried out, with the rehabilitation of the upper surface of the carriageway slab and the replacement of curbs and railings. The project also envisages the protection and rearrangement of existing utility lines or construction of new utility lines. The construction of water supply and roads is plannednot lighting, electric lines, telecommunications installations, variable traffic information signaling, installation of a portal for electronic tolling of freight vehicles and storm sewers and two retention basins for waste water.
