Description: The subject of the order is to control the quality of goods, liquid cargo, transhipment and quantitative contoles on ships. The order is broken down to the assemblies: Lot 1: Control of quality of goods (soybeans, other feedingstuffs, cereals and other plant products) at the bulk cargo terminal;
Lot 2: Control of assets Transmart devices (loaders, trucks, bunkers, warehouses, etc.) for transhipment of slag, alilnita, sulfur, at the bulk cargo terminal;
Lot 3: quantitative control of goods on ships with bulk cargoes Draft Survey;
Lot 4: Control the quantity and quality of liquid cargo on the liquid cargo terminal.
The signature of a contract with one tenderer for each assembly under the specified conditions for a period of four years is intended.
