Description:
The client, FACULTY OF INFORMATION STUDIES IN NOVI MEST, Ljubljanska cesta 31A, 8000 Novo mesto, informs all interested bidders that it is issuing a public contract for "Purchase of energy-efficient hardware and software computer equipment". Interested bidders who meet all of the client's choje, there are no reasons for excluding the offer and they meet all the technical requirements of the client, they can submit their offer in accordance with the instructions given in this documentation.
This is the so-called mixed public procurement, the subject of which are two types of different procurements, i.e. supply of goods and services (licenses). In this case, the public contract is awarded in accordance with Article 25 of ZJN-3 in accordance with the provisions applicable to the type of contract, typical for the main object of the contract, which in this case is goods.
