Description: The subject of the public procurement is the production of dedicated "floor application" for the establishment of a system for monitoring emissions and withdrawal of greenhouse gases in agriculture and agricultural soil conditions. Following the successful submission of applications in production, the selected contractor also takes care of maintenance in accordance with the contract concluded.
Software development must include the following activities: Phase A:
1. The state of the situation, the preparation of the data dictionary, the analysis of data for integration, preparation and coordination of the PSI, the process of processes, cooperation with the subscriber in specification and the analysis of user requirements.
2. The development of the environment with the subscriber.
3.Sareness modules, reports, establishment of integration and testing.
4. Prepare the version for installation on the test and production environment of the subscriber.
