Description:
The subject of the contract is the supply of office material, in accordance with the specifications and the tender conditions from the technical tender conditions of this documentation regarding the award of the contract. The call for proposals consists of 6 (six) tender sections: • Lot No. 1: Office paper A4 and A3, • Lot No. 2: Consumable office material, • Lot no. 3: Compatible toners, cartridges and plot paper, • Lot No. 4: envelopes, • assembly no. 5: Forms and • Set no. 6: Original toners, cartridges and heads. The quantities and types of goods showed from "bid estimates" (Annex No. 2B - sections from Nos. 1 to 6) are merely indicative and are determined on the basis of consumption in previous years. The contracting authority is not tied to the estimated quantities, but will order them according to its actual needs.
