- A more detailed order specification is evident from the technical specifications. The order covers: 1. Designing and setting up solar power plants on two facilities: β’ Kostanjevica Kindergarten in Karst, Kostanjevica na Karst 66, 5296 Kostanjevica na Karst β’ branch school and kindergarten Bilje, Bilje 185, 5292 RenΔe 2. Connection of both solar power plants to the electricity network . 3. The maintenance of both solar power plants must, within one year of the connection of solar power plants, provide the maintenance of solar power plants, which covers: β’ regular annual maintenance inspection, β’ remote monitoring of the power plant by preparing an annual service report, β’ technical support by telephone. The maintenance of the solar power plant must be carried out by the authorized operator in accordance with the Rules on the Professional Training and Test of Knowledge for the Manager of Energy Devices, Official Gazette of the Republic of Slovenia No. 92/15, 175/20 and 63/23).
