Description:
The subject of the public procurement is defined in more detail in Annex 1: Project task no. 430-3/2024 and includes the following tasks:
1. examination of documentation and existing solutions in other EU member states (such as https://fastplatform.eu/ and similar);
2. analysis of user requirements, preparation of businesse analysis and detailed functional specifications, including the definition of input data, output data and the algorithm for building SI-FAST;hunting; the basis will be the technologies specified in the GTZ (https://nio.gov.si/nio/asset/dokument genericne technoloske rekady gtz-743);
4. development and testing of SI-FAST;
5. preparation of versions for installation on and production environment of the client;
6.preparation of instructions for users and administrators;
7.preparation of instructionsdil and video instructions and training for users;
8.management of project documentation;
9.software maintenance.
