Description:
The subject of the public contract is the development of an information solution for recording the special use of water, which will enable the establishment of a system for electronic decision-making on EPRV, in accordance with the requirements of the Rules on EPRV (Official Gazette of the RS, no. 178/20). As part of the task, an information system will be established that will enablethe introduction of an electronic decision-making process on the right to EPRV and the establishment of a new water book for EPRV registration, which will later also serve as an upgrade to the existing water book. The newly established information system will, if necessary, serve as a platform for further modular development of decision-making procedureson DRSV (e-use of water).
