- The subject of public procurement is the Fleet Management System (FMS), which includes: A) FMS solution implementation project: - Online application for the implementation of all processes of management and operational management of the vehicle fleet. -Mobile application for electronic mobile travel order. -Establishment of integration points with other client's back-end systems involved in fleet processes. -Establishment of a telematics system on all assets or company vehicles (150 vehicles) of the fleet, B) Licenses and FMS solution fee for 5 years, C) Rental of the vehicle telematics system for 5 years, D) Maintenance of the FMS solution for 5 years, E) Optional additional hours for additional services, in accordance with the client's needs and the requirements from the documentation relating to the award of the public contract, of the tender estimate and technical documentation.
