• Drinking water supply in the Drava-Ormo region (2021 - 2027) The client will select the contractor under the deferred condition of obtaining co-financing from the Ministry of Natural Resources and Space. If the client's application is rejected, rejected, or the client will not obtain enough grants through the candidature, the client reserves the right not to conclude a contract with the selected provider despite the final decision on the award of the public contract. The Municipality of Ormož will therefore also be with the most favorable provider concluded the contract under the deferred condition of obtaining the Decision on support, which determines the co-financing of the investment. The client also reserves the right not to suffer any adverse consequences in the event that the contract with the selected contractor is not concluded. Every one the customer bears its own costs and does not claim any contractual penalty.
