- The subject of the public contract is the procurement of high-tech equipment that will enable research and development of advanced MEMS, MOEMS, semiconductor structures and silicon photonics.
The public contract is divided into two (2) lots, namely; set 1: Photolithography system and set 2: Wafer cutting saw.
