• Description:
• The Ministry of the Environment, Climate and Energy is responsible for the measure of energy certificates (hereinafter: EI) within the framework of its competences based on the Act on Efficient Use of Energy (Official Gazette of the Republic of Slovenia, No. 158/20, hereinafter: ZURE). Pursuant to Article 46 of ZURE must perform a random selection annually from all EIs issued annually and control the selected EIs to ensure statistically significant compliance results. The EI measure is upgraded with the transposition of the EPBD Directive. With the adoption of ZURE-1, they will be from the Directive EPBD delegated obligations that the Member State must transpose into its legal order.
