External evaluation of the Public Agency for the Scientific Research and Innovation Activity of the Republic of Slovenia in at least six areas of ARIS activities: 1. the extent and appropriateness of the instrument of instruments in the national and international framework; 2. the quality and efficiency of individual financing instruments (research projects and stable financing) and monitoring the results and effects of them; 3. the appropriateness of the assignment of reviewers in the evaluation procedures under consideration; 4. the appropriateness and efficiency of the organizational and personnel structure of the ARIS according to the scope of programs and the associated tasks, as well as the ratio between the costs for implementation of the activity and the volume of the budget managed by ARIS in the international comparative framework; 5. the quality and efficiency of the information infrastructure as a supporting system for the implementation of ARIS activities; 6. Appropriate to include stakeholders and communication with stakeholders.
