Description:
The project of energy rehabilitation and static renovation of the facility provides for a comprehensive energy rehabilitation of a total net floor area of 1,330.33 m2, of which the area of the school facility is 1,111.46 m2 and the residential building is 218.87 m2. At the same time as energy rehabilitation, static renovation of the facility and other meaningful measures will be carried out. Energy rehabilitation envisages the implementation of energy efficiency measures, namely the implementation of thermal protection of exterior walls and roofs, replacement of joinery and roof dome, installation of energy monitoring and central control system. Installation of the ventilation system and the modernization of lighting with the installation of modern LED lamps is planned.
