Description:
LOT 1: Fixed IP telephony and related services LOT 3: Service of mass sending of SMS messages. The subject of the public procurement is fixed IP telephony services and the following related services: - the service of using the switchboard within HKOM, - service rental of IP equipment (telephone sets), - calling services for the needs of voice telephony, -call center service, agents and supervisors and -service of mass sending of SMS messages. The public procurement is divided into three lots, namely: LOT 1: Fixed IP telephony services, which includes the following services: - the service of using the switchboard within HKOM, - IP equipment rental service (telephone sets), -calling services for the needs of voice telephony and -services necessary for the operation of the call centers: the agent function and the supervisor function. LOT 2: Obtaining the application or purchase of a contact management (CRM) license. LOT 3: Service of mass sending of SMS messages. The public contract is awarded for a period of three (3) years. More detailed order specification and the scope of the order can be seen from the technical specifications, the sample contract and the "Bidding estimate" form. IMPORTANT: The client explains that for lot 2 of the subject public procurement, the public procurement procedure was already carried out as an excluded lot based on of the fifth paragraph of Article 73 of the ZJN-3, with the aim of ensuring the timely and smooth implementation of the subject of the public procurement.
