For 12 adults with moderate, severe and severe mental and physical disabilities. A new construction is planned, that is, the construction of a facility with two housing units for 6 users. This will ensure spatial capacities that will provide users with higher quality of stay in accordance with the guidelines of deinstitutionalization and provision of community forms of services for persons with mental and physical development disorders.
