• Description:
• The subject of the public contract is the purchase, supply, installation and configuration and adaptation of the system for preparing, transmitting and broadcasting in DVB image and text format over existing DVB systems and our own streaming platform RTV365. The subject also includes all necessary licenses, integration components and support for operation in the production environment of RTV Slovenia for the contractual period from selection to 31 December 2028.
  The institution's teletext system, which is used for the distribution of a data carousel with all informative and other important information, as well as for the distribution of subtitles for live programs for persons with adaptations, the client keeps it in its existing state and is not part of the subject of the public procurement.
  It is important that the bidder offers the subject of the public contract in such a way that it will work correctly with the aforementioned teletext system of the client, since only this is distributed on its own terrestrial platforms (DVB-T) and satellite television (DVB-S) and distributes through the secondary networks of major and minor operators within the country in streaming format and synchronized with the corresponding video streams.
