- In accordance with the Roads Act (ZCes-2) (Ur. L. RS, No. 132/22 of 14 October 2022), the NCUP must ensure the collection of all available data on the state of the transport infrastructure in one place, the control and management of traffic , informing the public about the state of state roads and traffic on them, namely through spublic information agencies and through other publicly accessible media. In addition to the Act on Roads, the NCUP also takes into account the ITS Directive 2010/40/EU with its supplementary delegated regulations in its operation. In the past, the NCUP established an information system for obtaining traffic data with the appropriatehardware and software that ensures the smooth operation of all platforms, interfaces and applications that we collect and provide within NCUP.a NCUP.
