Description:
Pursuant to the Public Procurement Act (hereinafter referred to as the Public Procurement Act), the Coal Mine Velenje d. o. o., invites tenderers to submit a written tender in accordance with the content of the procurement documents in connection with the award of the procurement under the negotiated procedure by publication in accordance with Article 45 of the PPL-3. The contracting authority will conclude a contract with the successful tenderer for the supply of goods. The entire goods shall be delivered to the warehouse of the contracting authority at the expense of the successful tenderer (Incoterms 2020 - DDP Coal Mine Velenje) by 30 July 2025. The supply of goods will be succetic, within five (5) working days from each recall. Variant bids under the provision of Article 72 of the PPL-3 are not permissible. According to the subject matter of the contract, the tenderer must comply with and comply with all the provisions of the applicable regulations governing the contract of execution of the contract, protection at work, the protection of the environment in force in the Republic of Slovenia.
