- With the public procurement in question, the client will acquire a provider of professional consulting services, whose tasks will be divided into two periods:
- 1st period: professional consulting services, necessary for obtaining the provider of the DARS Toll System and the complete establishment and takeover of the Toll SystemDARS,
- 2nd period: professional consulting services in monitoring the implementation of the operation and maintenance of the system during the operational phase of the DARS Toll System.

- 2nd period: expert advicelnary services in monitoring the implementation of operation and maintenance of the system during the operational phase of the DARS Toll System.
