• The subject is defined in detail in the Project Tasks, which are attached to this invitation. To ensure a correct understanding of the scope of the project task, the boundaries of the individual components are as follows: DPPVM - Smart Velenje digital platform - mobility (umbrella project) is a comprehensive digital transformation operation that includes: • establishment of a horizontal data infrastructure, • development of the mobility vertical, • upgrading of existing mobility services, • uniform user identification, • communication channels for citizens. The City Mobility Card and the PIPM data platform are two separate but related components of the DPPVM project. The city mobility card provides: • identification and authentication of users, • authorization, • payment functions (e-wallet, products), • managing user profiles. The card is an identity-payment subsystem. It acts as an authentication mechanism and PIPM acts as a data and service mechanism. The city card is integrated into PIPM exclusively via standardized APIs. PIPM - the mobility data integration platform is a horizontal data and integration solution whose key functions include: • data lake as a single source of truth (Data Lake), • integration layer (API Gateway), • management of existing IoT devices and sensors, • communication components (mobile and web application), • data models and semantic interoperability, •support for BI, AI and digital twin, •support for the content vertical of mobility.
