Description:
The subject of the public procurement is over-the-counter medicines that are included in the Central Database of Medicines (hereinafter: CBZ), managed on the basis of the Rules on the Central Database of Medicines for Use in Human Medicine, namely over-the-counter medicines with the following methods/regimes of prescription or
issuance of medicines:
- BRp(the drug is issued without a prescription), the price of which is determined in the CBZ; CBZ.
The subject of the public procurement is the successive supply of over-the-counter medicines that are classified asin the CBZ and have one of the permits based on which the medicine is in circulation in the Republic of Slovenia and the price of which, in accordance with ZZdr-2, is regulated by the Public Agency for Medicines and Medical Devices (hereinafter: JAZMP), which determines the price of medicines on the basis of legal provisions and provisions of Pravilnika on determining the prices of medicines for use in human medicine, and the regulated price
