• Description:
• The subject of the public procurement is the maintenance and upgrading of the ePA pilot information solution and professional support in its practical use, which includes: 1. basic maintenance of the ePA solution; 2.upgrading the ePA solution, which includes: a) supplementary maintenance (upgrading) the solution based on the knowledge gained from its use in practice b) specification and development of an extension for QGIS; 3. professional support to the client, which includes: a) practical application of the pilot solution on specific cases: - six legal acts that are adopted on state level (under the jurisdiction of various departments), of which at least one DPN; - two legal acts (OPN) that are adopted at the local level (one from the jurisdiction of the city municipality and one from a smaller municipality) b) a proposal to use and upgrade the ePA solution for preparation unofficial refined texts, or for merging geodata, which are available in the basic acts and their further interventions; c) analysis of findings and additions to substantive and technical standards d) user training and support preparation material e) project management, coordination and reporting.
