- The client orders the maintenance and upgrading of the existing personnel information system of the University of Maribor (hereafter KIS), with which it supports the implementation of personnel processes, keeps personnel records and prepares various personnel reports for internal colleagues and external institutions, performsaccount of salaries and other benefits and monitors the implementation of copyright and business contracts. The provider has to maintain about 1 million lines of code. The client also orders appropriate user training, maintenance and system upgrades.
