- Pursuant to the Road Transport Act (Official Gazette of the RS, No. 6/16-official consolidated text, 67/19, 94/21, 54/22-ZUJPP, 105/22-ZZNSPP and 18/23-ZDU-1O, 23/24 and 21/25) and Article 16. 1071/2009 has been established by a national electronic register of companies of road transport companies (Ner). Ner was in accordance with Regulation (EC) No. 1071/2009 Related to the European Register of Road Carriers (ERRU). The public contract covers the following tasks:
• maintenance of the NER system for smooth operational operation;
• Maintaining NER links to the European Register of Corporate (ERRU);
• Ner upgrades Due to EU requirements arising from Regulation (EC) No. 1071/2009, with all changes and additions, and relevant implementing acts and technical specifications under the aforementioned Regulation,
• upgrades for possible integration with FURS and IRSI systems and other bodies as needed;
• upgrading Ner due to any further requirements of the system users and regulations of the Republic of Slovenia.
