• Description:
• Coal worker Velenje, d. o. o., invites bidders to submit a bid application in accordance with the content of the documentation relating to the award of a public contract through an open procedure in accordance with Article 40. ZJN-3. The customer submits an object of public procurement, which includes a supply service meals during work (breakfast with a drink included) for employees in the companies of the Premogovnik Velenje Group. The preparation and distribution of organized hot and cold snacks is carried out in the client's kitchen or canteen, at the client's headquarters. Subject public the order complies with the guidelines of the Regulation on Green Public Procurement (Official Gazette of the Republic of Slovenia, No. 51/17 of 19 September 2017, with amendments). The client provides the subject service in accordance with point 2 of the first paragraph of Article 4 of the aforementioned Regulation in order to fulfill the objective: • that the proportion of organic of foodstuffs amounts to at least 15% of the total estimated quantity of foodstuffs, expressed in kilograms. • that the share of foods that meet individually, more or all the requirements of the quality scheme, which makes these foods less burdensome on the environment (integrated), amounts to on the number of all articles of food or the total estimated amount of food at least 20%. ORGANIZED FOOD IN THE KOMOGOVNIK VELENJE GROUP The subject of the public procurement is the preparation, delivery and distribution of snacks (hot and cold meals), as well as the free sale of other of food items to employees of the company Premogovnik Velenje, d.o.o., for a period of three years with the possibility of extension defined in the contract.
