Description:
The subject of the public procurement is the provision of design and construction services for the renovation of the "Old Power Plant - Center of the Future" according to FIDIC contractual provisions (yellow book).
The client executes a public contract in the part of the implementation of GOI works and design services, which are related to the implementation phase of GOI works, taking into accountapplication of the suspensive condition.
One of the major challenges of the valley is ensuring the conditions for the growth and development of companies, retaining young professionals in the region, updating educational programs and creating new jobs with higher added value. One of the key strategic restructuring projectsanja, with which we address the above-mentioned challenges is the project "Stara elektrarna - center of the future", which is located in the Stara elektrarna facility.
The existing Stara elektrarna facility is in poor condition and has not performed its original function for more than 50 years. The investor, the Municipality of Velenje, therefore wants tothe existing historic building Stara Elektrarna, including the external arrangement and infrastructure, will be reconstructed and added to and given a new function - a business facility (incubator) with the name "Stara Elektrarna - center of the future". The planned new function of the building will be dedicated to the SUPPORTING ECONOMYENVIRONMENT FOR ECONOMY and EDUCATION. Within the area of the economy, future tenants will also be able to perform catering and trade activities to a lesser extent.
