Description:
The subject of the public procurement is the preparation of spatial-environmental documentation for the location of the TEO Ljubljana waste-to-energy facility in the area and acceptance of the OPPN for the expansion of the Barje Non-Hazardous Waste Disposal Facility (hereinafter also: the TEO project).
The framework agreement is concluded with the selected provider for a period of 36 months from the conclusion of the framework agreement, or until the adoption of the OPPN, or until the estimated value of the framework agreement is exhausted, whichever occurs first.
Professional support expected also within the framework of all public hearings and meetings or coordination at the competent ministries, where design or professional support is required for specific areas. The project order is intended for the implementation of all activities and the preparation of documents necessary for the completion of the procedure OPPN for the PUSP, which ends with the adoption of the OPPN in the MOL City Council and its official publication.
