- The subject of the contract is "the production of an analysis of the situation and the scheduled solutions for upgrading the ECIP Information System, the preparation of the ECIP project implementation and upgrading" and includes the following activities or services: 1. Production of the situation and envisaged solutions for upgrading the ECIP information system by making The analysis will contain the technical specifications of the upgraded IS ECIP and the preparation of the project for implementation (PZI). The analysis must provide for the conditions for establishing a safe online environment for examination and knowledge tests in digital form, together with the verification of the appropriate legal bases for the digitization of exams, and propose ways of upgrading the information system with modern methods and technologies of e-learning; 2.
