- Printing services (public order on hold) The subject of this public procurement is printing and binding services for publications and other materials. The client cannot predict in advance the quantities and different types of material that will be printed during the duration of the execution contract public procurement. As a result, the press will order on the fly, according to its actual needs. It does not guarantee to bidders that it will achieve the quantity or value specified in this tender documentation, and the selected bidder will not be entitled to any compensation or other reimbursement. The required characteristics of printing services are specified in the document entitled Technical specifications, which is an attachment and an integral part of this tender documentation. Providers must study them in detail and take them into account prepares bids, and the selected bidder also performs public procurement. In the case of a larger shipment, which the client will not be able to take over in full, the selected provider will have to be able to store it. Payment for printing shall be deemed to include payment for storage of up to 30 pallet places. A larger number of free pallet spaces is scored within the criteria for awarding a public contract (item 10 of this tender document). Storage details are set out in Form 3 - Model Contract.
