DESCRIPTION: The subject of the procurement is the preparation of project and investment documentation for the Digital Transformation in Health project, covering at least the following documentation:
-Preding design,
-Anvestation program (with a study study) and its presentation,
-Definitions of the project subprojects and their presentation,
-Documentation with the creation of the investment program of projects, the definitions of the project and the sub -projects of the project, including the documentation, which is created in the cooperation of the tenderer and the content holders of the fields with the client and the client's working groups.
The contractor also provides active participation in all stages of the execution of public procurement performed on the basis of a dedicated documentation until the signing of contracts with selected economic operators (also in the phase of any audit procedure).
