Description:
The subject of the public procurement is the implementation of the services and construction services for the renovation of the "Old Power Plant - Center of the Future" according to the contractual provisions of the FIDIC (yellow book). The contracting authority performs the contract in the work of the GOI part and the design services, which are related to the GOI delivery phase, subject to the deferral condition. One of the major challenges of the valley is to provide conditions for the growth and development of companies, the retention of young professionals in the region, the update of educational programs and the creation of new jobs with higher added value. One of the key strategic restructuring projects to address the above challenges is the project "Old Power Plant - the Center of the Future", which is placed in the Old Power Plant facility. The existing Old Power Plant facility is in poor condition and has not been performing its original function for more than 50 years. The investor of the Municipality of Velenje, therefore, wants to reconstruct and incorporate the existing historical facility of the Old Power Plant, including the external arrangement and infrastructure and give it a new function - a business facility (incubator) with the name "Old Power Plant - Center of the Future".
