- 1. Production Documentation in accordance with Article 2conceptual solutions in two variants, geodetic recording and geological-geomechanical report;
2. conducting the procedures for obtaining project and other conditions, opinions, approvals, pre -subdolation, construction and useful permits and reporting the beginning of construction;
3. concern that projects are in all stages of makingcoordinated;
4. participation in the phase of the tender for the selection of the contractor of construction, craft and installation works (preparation of explanations or answers to any questions that would relate to the prepared solutions in the project documentation);
5. providing a responsible project manager to take care offor professional management of the investment from the initial planning phase and coherence of the plans to the handover of the facility by the contractor of construction, craft and installation works;
6. Performing the activities of the coordinator for safety and health at work in the preparatory phase of the project and
7. providing a professionalChecking the occurrence of any errors in construction, which may be the result of errors in the project documentation or construction errors and in the event of errors, provide relevant proposals of solutions.
