Production of project documentation, including design control for reconstruction and new construction Faculty of Civil Engineering, Traffic Engineering and Architecture, University of Maribor (FGPA) as part of the project Integrated and upgrading the facilities of the University of Maribor Technical Faculties. Performing the subject contract means providing the following services:
1. Preparation of project documentation in accordance with Article 2 no. 30/23) - DPP, DGD, PZI, PZO, PID and Creating a recording of an existing facility and surroundings with all underground and overhead infrastructure, construction conceptual solutions in two variants, geodetic recording and geological-geomechanical report;
2. Management of the procedures for obtaining project and other conditions, opinions, consent, pre -tales, construction and useful permits and the application of the start of construction;
3. The concern that projects are in all stages of making with each other coordinated;
4. Participation in the phase of the tender for the selection of the contractor of construction, craft and installation works (preparation of explanations or answers to any questions that would relate to prepared solutions in the project documentation);
5. Provision of a responsible project manager to take care of for the professional management of the investment from the initial planning phase and coordination of the plans to the handover of the facility by the contractor of construction, craft and installation works;
