- The subject of the contract is: Production of project documentation of the PZI for the Green Neighborhood-Renovation of Stantet Street 1-19 and Kardelj Square 4-9.
The design of project documentation and design of design services is divided into three phases, namely:
1.phase, represents the production of a draft PZI based on which will be possible to produce final censuses with pre -debits and a design assessment of the value of works and start to be carried out immediately after the contract is signed. The deadline for the preparation and submission of documentation is 10/31/2025.
2 from the first phase and the consent of the client for the implementation of the second phase. The deadline for the preparation and submission of documentation is 05/12/2025.
3. Phase, represents the implementation of the design control and is related to the implementation of the GOI works. 3. The phase is not yet awarded at this stage of the contract. Namely, the design control represents in advance The envisaged change, in accordance with paragraph 1 of Article 95 of the PPL-3 and shall be submitted by concluding an annex to the contract with the selected contractor, provided that the GOI works will occur. 3.
