- The subject of the public procurement is the provision of services of special line transport of school -age children in the municipality of Trebnje and the Municipality of IvanΔna Gorica. Services subject to a contract are rented for a period of four school years, expected from 1. 9. 2025 to 24. 6 The contracts are thus carried out by students who visit the Trebnje Elementary School, the Veliki Gaber Elementary School and the OSPP Mirna, taking into account the relationships, as follows from the specifications of the subject of the contract, which are annexed and an integral part of this tender documentation. Due to changing needs, relations can change And consequently the KM and the number of students - drivers, which also changes the required size of the vehicle and the time of arrival and departure to school. Part of the transport to the Veliki Gaber Primary School is provided for children who are permanent residence in the municipality of IvanΔna Gorica, who is also a payer for payment. The subject public contract is carried out in this part on the basis of the authorization of the IvanΔna Gorica Municipality, ie on behalf and for the account of the Municipality of IvanΔna Gorica.
