- The subject of the procurement is the procurement of 20 new passenger wagons, or the procurement of five (5) wagon sets with four passenger wagons (wagon units), namely:
1. A wagon set of 4 passenger wagons, which must include the following capacities in two identical sets:
Space for the disabled with at least 3 mesti
Space for bikes with at least 12 seats
BUFFET BISTRO with seating area (kitchen, counter, dining room - tables with seats and a separate seating area with 1st (AR) or class seats in the same carriage)
Seats 1. class 25 seats /- 6 seats
2nd class seats 200 seats /- 8 seats
Space witha staff INFO point 1 space
2.Wagon composition of 4 passenger wagons, which must include the following capacities in three identical compositions:
Space for the disabled with at least 3 places
Space for bicycles with at least 12 places
1st class seats 55 seats /- 6 seats
2nd class seats 200 seats /- 8 seatsof rain
Space for staff INFO point 1 space
In the case of the offered wagon compositions, at least the first and last wagon must have a coupling device unit compliant with UIC norms.
The technical characteristics of the new passenger wagons must correspond to modern quality standards in public passenger transport for meinternational traffic, or a higher level of offer - comfort, and they must also meet the requirements of the Slovenian JŽI.
