• PURCHASE AND CONSTRUCTION OF ELECTRIC CHARGERS FOR E-BUSES The subject of the public contract is the purchase and construction of electric charging stations for electric buses at the following locations: Bus station - Mlinska ulica, Jadranska ulica, Delavnice Marprom - ob Drava and Tensen goods. Considering the scale of the project and taking into account the planned co-financing from the CTN mechanism, for which the client has not yet signed a co-financing agreement at the time of the announcement of the public contract, the client for all necessary construction works on the site Marprom workshops - ob Drava (complete arrangement of parking lots) does not have guaranteed funds, so these works are not tendered at this stage. The client envisages carrying out construction works at the location of Delavnica Marprom - on the Drava River (complete arrangement of parking lots) in the following years. Since ZJN-3, in the fifth paragraph of Article 46, allows the use of a negotiated procedure without prior publication, when it comes to public contracts for new constructions, which mean the repetition of similar constructions and are in accordance with the basic project, the costs of these later constructions are included in the calculation of the estimated value of the basic public contract, the client reserves the right to carry out this procedure for the award of construction works at the location of Delavnica Marprom - ob Drava (complete arrangement of parking lots). In this case, he will invite you to submit an offer the provider to whom this public contract will be awarded. The tenderer must offer to perform the tendered order in its entirety.
