Description:
The subject of the order is the purchase and implementation of RFID technology in the archive material depots in physical form in the Archives of the Republic of Slovenia (PN1), which includes the procurement, installation, integration and consolidation of RFID technologies in the e-ARH.si system (HW, SW, RFID badges, etc. ).
The subject of the order is divided into six (6)phases, which represent substantive milestones, after each completed phase, the selected provider will prepare a report or handover record and issued the client an invoice for the work performed.reports) and project documentation are followed by phases:
1. Phase (F1): Installation and start-up of the system for printing RFID labels
Duration of the phase (in months): M1 M3
Activities: the provider supplies and installs printers and the first batch of RFID labels, personal computers next to the printers, sets up the software for printingis, designs labels and sets up the printing process.
2. Phase (F2): Delivery of RFID readers, server and antennas
Duration of the phase (in months): M1 M3
Activities - the provider supplies:
-and installs the server,
-RFID readers, antennas.
3. Phase (F3): Installation of RFID readers
Duration of the phase (in months): M1 M6
Activityi - the provider:
-determines the points for mounting RFID readers and antennas,
-prepares the space for carrying out breakthroughs (i.e. at least protects the interior equipment and other contents of the room),

-cleans the space, carries out painting works and final cleaning,
