DESCRIPTION: The subject of the public procurement is the purchase of software and hardware with the maintenance of the server system and the installation, configuration, management and maintenance of a comprehensive set of the Core application to support the Core application, which includes the purchase of new servers, royalties of oracle software with maintenance and installation, configuration and management, or System maintenance as a key platform.
The contract is divided into three sections. The Bidder may submit an offer for each set, two sets or all three sets.

The sets are in successive interdependence. In the event that the contracting authority does not submit any assembly, it may affect its decision on the possible non -part of the other sections, or will include a suspensive condition for the validity of these contracts in the other lots.
