This part covers a high-performance signal generator to a frequency of at least 44 GHz.
Equipment 2: High-performance Vector Network Analyzer A high-performance vector network analyzer with built-in (or separate) signal and spectrum analyzers up to at least 120 GHz with an extension option and support of the time reflector can represent one or more two pieces of equipment in which the associated external accessories are not included. Frequency up to at least 120 GHz and more is achieved with several frequency converters with a frequency range of at least 25 GHz by each converter. If two separate pieces of equipment for the vector network analyzer and the signal and spectral analyzer are offered, the same frequency converters can be used.
