Description:
Pursuant to the first indent of the first paragraph of Article 45 of the Regulation on the manner of implementing the utility public service, the public line transport of passengers in internal road transport, on the concession of this public service and on the regulation of a single ticket system (Official Gazette of the Republic of Slovenia, No.109/21, 181/21 , 54/22 - ZUJPP and 56/22) The contracting authority shall carry out a public contract for the selection of concessionaires for the implementation of utilities public service of public line of passengers in the territory of the Republic of Slovenia.
