Description:
The subject of the contract includes: Lot 1, Lot 2, Lot 3, Lot 4 and Lot 5: Supply and installation of cooling appliances, maintenance during the warranty period. The equipment must be calibrated with a certificate of accredited laboratory in Slovenia. The equipment should be validated after 4 years. Validation must be carried out in accordance with the requirements and provisions of the Rules on the Administration, Storage and Traceability of Medicines, and other standards and recommendations for the monitoring and recording of the cold chain, vaccination and storage of medicines. Validation must be performed with temperature meters that have accredited calibration certificates. The successful tenderer will carry out the validation after 4 years of the handover of the handover in the term agreed with the contracting authority. After the validation, the successful tenderer will issue a validation report to the contracting authority. Lot 6, Lot 7, Lot 8: Supply and installation of cooling devices and maintenance of equipment (preventive and curative) for a period of seven (7) years. Lot 9: Supply and installation of freezing devices and maintenance of equipment (preventive and curative) for a period of seven (7) years.
